Gareth has pursued his passion for theatre all his life: in school and college productions; as an avid theatre goer in London and New York, as the Chairman of the Board of the Active Theatre Company. So naturally when choosing a career Gareth decided to do what is logical for an aspiring thespian and… went to work on Wall Street. He couldn’t keep away from the lime light and grease paint for long though and soon became a theatre angel, backing several Broadway shows over his time in the Big Apple. Since returning home to London in 2012, Gareth founded Glass Half Full Productions to produce and develop theatre for the West End, Broadway and the international market.

Pip began his career as a performer, working across theatre and film, before moving into producing, predominantly working on national touring immersive and interactive productions and site-specific classical theatre in historic landmarks across the UK, including Southwark Cathedral and St Bartholomew the Great in London. In 2020, with backing from the UK Government funding body InnovateUK, Pip combined this experience with his interest in immersive and interactive technologies and founded The Round, a software innovation and creative tech development studio working with the performing arts industry to create cross-media virtual entertainment, including the world's first live Augmented Reality concert with One Direction's Liam Payne for the BAFTAs in collaboration with EE. Having recently exited The Round, Pip is excited to be returning to his original passion with Glass Half Full.
